Interesting Case Presentations

A 47 year old female with a two month history of worsening cough, accompanied with some shortness of breath. Eventual bronchoscopy reveals a right upper lobe mass with post obstructive collapse. A biopsy was performed at the time of bronchoscopy; however, yielded a nondiagnostic result. The patient is now referred for lobectomy.
