Dr. Kevin Bove, Professor of Pathology and Pediatrics and Acting Director of Pediatric Pathology, obtained his MD at SUNY in Buffalo, New York. Dr. Bove served a rotating internship at the Cincinnati General Hospital (now called University Hospital). He received his residency training at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Pathology. He is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and has a subspecialty competence certificate in Pediatric Pathology. He is on the editorial board of Pediatric Pathology and Lab Medicine and Perspectives in Pediatric Pathology. Dr. Bove is interested in neuromuscular disease, childhood neoplasia, liver disease and congenital heart disease. He is an active member of the Society for Pediatric Pathology and served as its President in 1990.
