GENERAL INFORMATION

SCOPE OF SERVICE Neuropathology
SPECIFIC TESTS

Skeletal muscle and sural nerve diagnostic services: immuno- and enzyme histochemistry teased fiber preparations with quantitative assessment. Electron microscopy and immunofluorescence.

TEST REQUIREMENT

Muscle: 1 or more fresh fragment(s) of muscle, 1 x 0.5 x 0.5 cm on saline-moistened gauze.

Nerve: 3 cm long fresh segment of nerve on saline-moistened gauze.

Rapid delivery required.
