Fellowship Program Application Process

The Department of Pathology considers applicants for fellowship positions in Cytopathology and Surgical Pathology.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to complete their application in the spring and summer of the year prior to the following July starting date. All applicants must have successfully completed Steps I, II & III. Graduation from an accredited medical school must be within 10 years from the date of application. Applicants must submit all documentation to the Fellowship Committee.

Application documentation included:

  • an official application form
  • current CV
  • three letters of recommendation.

    Once the application file is complete, the fellowship selection committee will review the file and grant an interview if appropriate. We feel that interviews are extremely important. They allow us to get to know the applicants and they allow the applicant to see first hand our program, staff and facilities.
